Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
We provide n8n automation mentorship, custom builds, and other digital services. All services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Payments: Fees for our services, such as the mentorship program, are billed on a subscription basis (weekly or monthly) or as a one-time payment for fixed-term commitments (3, 6, or 12 months).
Cancellation: For recurring subscriptions, you may cancel at any time by providing a 7-day notice via email. For upfront payments for fixed terms, the service will conclude at the end of the term.
100% Risk-Free Guarantee: For the mentorship program, we offer a 30-day risk-free guarantee. If you complete the first 30 days of the program and do not have a working, production-ready workflow, you may request a full refund for that initial period.
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Email Alchemy LLC. The workflows, tutorials, and materials provided are for your personal use and may not be redistributed or resold.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Email Alchemy LLC, including affiliate links for tools we recommend. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
In no event shall Email Alchemy LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
